Whenever I see a nun walking around campus (I think they attend classes here or something), I always think, "Ohmygoodness it's a nun! How cool!" If she catches me staring, I always end up giving a sort of bashful little smile and wave. She probably then figures I'm one of those 'special needs' people or something. She's probably right. Same thing for priests. I always smile at priests.

And if I do treat members of the clergy more nicely than I treat others, then our Lord at least gives me the opportunity for penance when he sends the most unbelievable dunces into my workplace. I have no choice but to be nice to them!Tracyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09459988554604134456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30512717.post-1161263757722267762006-10-19T06:15:00.000-07:002006-10-19T06:15:00.000-07:00that reminds me, i need to go to the fabric store ...that reminds me, i need to go to the fabric store so i can make my nun costume before sundays roller derby bout!

ps, i think my prayers are working with this new pope medel, not a single person has been fired since he arrived (whew!)Candy Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10263759311551553760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30512717.post-1161211434086867432006-10-18T15:43:00.000-07:002006-10-18T15:43:00.000-07:00It is hard, is it not? I was in a public building once where I saw a heavily pregnant woman get up from a chair to show her thong (with jewels, so it was done on purpose) popping up from her low jeans.
My husband, who should not have been looking and now needs to go to confession, leaned over and said to me that it was too late to be dressing like that now... she was already pregnant.
But I kept my yapper closed. I will leave the saving of souls to you, dear Sister.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08737104675077348176noreply@blogger.com
